Consumer beware. Terrible customer experience. Mr. Appliance was scheduled and dispatched through Whirlpool's Customer Service department for a warranty service. The technician that was dispatched from Mr. Appliance was surly and rude during both visits to my home. In this last visit the technician needed to get to the back of the machine to replace a part, but would not move the appliance. He refused to move the washer and instead asked my 65 year old Mother to move it. This is entirely unacceptable. If there was a concern with moving the appliance, this should have been established during the initial visit or during the subsequent appointment scheduling process for the 2nd visit.
