As a photographer, this place is horribly uncooperative and is a scam. $700 dollars later and they claim they cannot send the digital file to any of their clients. Not to mention it takes up to 12 weeks (3 months) for them to process and mount simple portraits of an individual. Shameful.

Overcharged yearbook photo. Messy brochure talked about packages and after I realized that $100 would not me any photos. I asked for refund since the other packages were hundreds moreJust wanted the one that was added to yearbook. I wad told that I would not get any refund. Instead psying $ 45 my bill was 100 any no photos to put in frame. Just poor customer service.

Very bad Service, Women at front desk especially.Went to pick up Passport Photos,I did not like how they turned out . I told the Women who handed them to me. She said . " NO REFUNDS "
I was about to tell her I would just pay for two more. But after what she said to me , I would not step foot in this place or tell a single Person.

$20 For Two Unusable Passport Photos .

Please Don't waste a Cent at a place that does not value customer Service
