After purchasing my new Corolla from Mountain States several months ago, I had my first covered service visit on May 11. Although I had an appointment, I had to wait in the service line, in my car, for 45 minutes before moving to the front of the line and having an opportunity to speak with a service advisor. This is totally unacceptable, and by the time I spoke to the service advisor I was quite irate. I was told that the long wait was due to the absence that day of two service advisors, and after complaining again with the service manager, I was given a $25 gift card for my trouble. This was some consolation, but after responding a few days later to a customer satisfaction survey and telling my story again, I expected some form of apology. It has been at least ten days since I completed the survey, yet no response. It is for that reason that I decided to share my experience with a Google review.

Go to Corwin Toyota in Boulder they are 10 times better and will help you get what you want. Worst experience i ever had with a dealership. I went from driving a 4 door f350 with a flatbed to a 2025 Rav4 Hybrid that i never got to test drive before buying it and hated it since the moment I drove it.

I called them up and wanted to get into a truck and they won't call me back I had to go to Corwin to get into a 2025 truck and get rid of the 2025 rav4 hybrid. I went in person to mountain states to drive a truck and they wouldnt let me. Extremely poor service here, run from this place. I lost $10,000 in 3 weeks because they cant do their job here. Thanks to Corwin in boulder I get to go fishing this summer, have a place to put my welder and Honda generator, can pull my fish house and get to go hunting this fall..mountain states may push a lot of cars but you will definitely feel like a sales numbers while they give you nuts after your purchase. 🤣

I love my little truck so much I got from corwin in boulder I will have it payed off in full before Christmas. Avoid going here like the plague

Mountain states Toyota is hands-down the best dealership in Denver! The team is fantastic and always efficient, kind, and thorough with the car buying process. This is the third company vehicle I’ve purchased from Mountain States Toyota, and every experience has been excellent. Braden was no exception—he was incredibly patient (especially since I was still recovering from a concussion and forgot my wallet). He kept everything moving until my kid was able to deliver my ID. Braden made the process smooth and easy, and I think he really reflects the overall culture at Mountain States: great people, great service, and easy to work with.
