Good service with coupon for diesel oil change, alignment, and rotation on my F250. Disappointed in their policy of only touching tires < 6 years of age, especially when they let me know I had a puncture with a screw I picked up on the way in. My tires are 6 years and 6 months old and with excellent tread depth, but they sent me away without a repair or the rotation (but did reduce the charge). Don't waste your time! I can only speak to the parts department; they were not helpful at all. I had picked up an online order from mossy ford and the parts were damaged so I needed to work a return. I came in and he just said call the customer service online "you'll have to figure it out yourself" and offered no additional help.Report

My husband and I were in the market for an EV (have never owned one and knew nothing about them) because paying for premium gas a couple times a week was getting very pricey. We looked into the Mach-e and realized they were pretty hard to find especially one being AWD. We found a couple online at Mossy Ford so we decided to try it out. We Test drove and absolutely loved the vehicle so we sat down and ran the numbers and they ended up paying off our lease and we took home the Mach-e! Connor and the finance team were amazing!
