When I dropped my car off, I was met by a courteous and friendly customer service rep. I was later called and informed of the issues that needed servicing and the cost and approximately how long it would take to complete. Again, I received a call when my vehicle was ready. I had a check engine light on my 2016 colorado. Fault code pointed towards catalytic converter. I tried several home remedies, didn't work. My local dealer wanted 2 weeks to troubleshoot, then several weeks before they could get to it, and $250.00.Report
I called Moss bros., they got me in within 3 days, got my truck fixed! And, because it was the catalyst, NO CHARGE!! I KNOW where I'll go from now on!
