Got a nice vehicle at a decent price, but it wasn't a totally pleasant experience. We agreed on a price fairly late in the evening and took the van as a loaner to return the next day and sign papers. When we got on the road it turned out that the "DVD" player it came with was actually a VHS player. The TV it was attached to was broken. I spoke with the dealer and at first he agreed to fix it but when I got to the office he said they needed $2,000 more to get the loan through. I said no and the amount they "needed" dropped to $1000. I said no again and it dropped to $500. I handed him the keys and got ready to leave and instead of fixing the player they took time months off the loan. Now we find that the CD player also doesn't work. When my girlfriend called the salesman, he hung up on her.
