The rep I dealt with was very friendly. After I dropped the vehicle off on Monday for an oil change, windshield wiper change and diagnostic in the morning, I still had no update by Tuesday 5pm. I called the rep’s Direct number. I got voicemail. I left a voicemail. The next morning I still haven’t heard back by 10 AM. I called back the reps number and got voicemail. I finally had to call the customer service department and got someone there who transferred me to the rep. This is frustrating. I feel the communication should be better other than that everything went well.

Our salesperson, Al, was amazing — no pressure at all, completely honest, and incredibly patient. He truly went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.

In finance, Nate and Felix worked extremely hard to get me approved and explained everything clearly without rushing us. They were understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us, not just closing a deal.

We also had a great experience with service thanks to Aldo, who was just as helpful and kind.
