Morgan and Morgan was easy to contact and start the initial process. They had a complete service being able to coordinate with doctors and physical therapy for my treatment and and all of the billing for that it was all transparent to me. They were able to get the payment from the other insurance company for the Minimum amount required by Florida law of $10,000 which was the maximum coverage that the other person had. I also had under insured coverage on my insurance, but they were only able to get $2000 from them to cover costs. They said and order for me to get more I would need to do an appeal and they would have to do a whole Nother process to try to get more money and I asked him if they thought it was worth doing and they said no and we ended the process, their stuff was not always easy to reach in the lawyer I spoke to once I only ever spoke to him one other time whenever I insisted because the staff was not following up but in the end, I never saw the lawyer again or talk to him again through the closure I’m not saying that’s wrong it’s just not what I expected.Report
