Our classes focus on YOU - looking inward and connecting movement with the breath, body, and mind - no matter the level, no matter where you and your body are today. We have students of all ages, men and women, teenagers to seniors, of all body types and sizes. You don't have to be flexible… over time, yoga can do that for you! Yoga creates a connection with ourselves and the present moment. The benefits of a regular practice include: improved focus and mobility, stress and tension relief, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, and can help create a sense of overall well-being.
