I drove from Georgia to Montgomery in search Of a vehicle because my last one blew up on me. The staff and entire experience at this dealership was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Subaru Montgomery.

Friendly staff and always willing to go above and beyond. The service department does a great job at making you feel like they care about you and your car. Not only do they listen to your needs on arrival, but they provide frequent updates on the status of your service. I also appreciate them being considerate of my time and not making me wait excessively to process the job.

We just bought a new Crosstrek and have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. The entire process was very smooth and professional. No pressure and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Subaru.

Today I went in for service and I had naught a battery my last oil change my vehicle still goes dead on me so I took it in for an oil change again and told them about it so they did a parasite drain and I told them it was probably the faulty DCM so they said they would give me a new battery and replace DCM so I leave and they call me back and said the battery or DCM wasn’t covered so they charged me for another battery but the one I had in there was new my appointment was at 7:30am and I had to wait in the lobby till 2:00pm and they wait till I get home to tell me I owe more I want to know what they are going to do for me since I had to wait so long I’m very disappointed about my last experience here I used to respect subaru!
