Case took +12 months to get a settlement!!!!

I was in an 18 wheeler accident that occurred over a year ago. I was contacted by the Mokaram law firm and decided to go with them after being told that they would go for the most possible in the lawsuit. (Not telling me what they think it might be worth) Policy for 18 wheeler was $1,000,000. I went through numerous medical exams and still have pain in my chest. I did physical therapy for months and had over $20k in loss wages from all the work I missed while dealing with medical / physical therapy appointments as well as waiting for my trailer to be fixed. I called multiple times asking for where we stood on the case. They would not even tell me how much they submitted for to the insurance company. After 1 year I finally get a number and my take home after fees was less than $7500. Do not use this law firm. They are not upfront with you and not informative during the process. Settling with the insurance company would have been roughly the same amount and I could have gotten back to work. I will never use or refer this law firm.

Caring and Attentive staff dont do this company justice, Daniela has gone above and beyond making me feel comfortable and at ease during this nerve wracking and terrible process.

I was able to come in to Mokaram & Associates and feel like I wasn't going to have to go struggling through this process alone but could have a team behind me that was really going to fight on my behalf for my benefit. Thank you once again to Daniela and the team for helping me get through this accident!

I have a case that they were working on that. It been 2-3 months that I called them and ask that what happen . They said the person who work on that will contact me and no one contacted me. I just has to know, if the got the case or dismissed it!
