We have used Modern Wealth in three capacities over the last five years. We first visited John for legal advice regarding an existing will. We then returned to him to ask his assistance in settling that estate. That settlement has been a lengthy and complicated process. However, John has put our minds at rest knowing that it is being completed carefully and correctly. Many organizations and individuals need to be notified and the distribution of assets to charities has been especially involved. Yet, we sleep well at night knowing John is thinking through all the details and anticipating any issues ahead of time. Most recently, we revised our own trust. John and his staff were incredibly patient with us as we asked countless questions and took our time to decide exactly how we wanted to craft the document.
