- Personal Training

A certified fitness or senior personal trainer devises an individualized fitness program for those who may have difficulty walking, coordination skills, personal activities, strength, or flexibility. Services may be needed for either short-term or long-term especially after a long-term sickness or decline in health.

Our trainers are certified as either fitness trainers or senior personal trainers and also have an educational background in physical therapy. For over ten years, we have been providing one-on-one personal training to enhance the quality of life for individuals in the Thomasville, Georgia area and surrounding communities.

- Continuing Education

We also sponsor continuing education courses and classes in Thomasville, Georgia for Georgia, Florida, and Alabama therapy and fitness training professionals.

Our courses are typically designed for: Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants; Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants; Athletic Trainers; and Social Workers.
