Simon and Debra have been great thru this process. Simon came to my house and picked up my truck to put a scooter carrier on it. Months later, I sold the truck and the dealership took off the carrier. The carrier did not fit inside my new car to take to Simon to install it on the new car. Simon met me at the dealership and he installed the carrier on my car. He and Debra went way beyond anything they had to do. I will use them for any future need I may have.

I recently had a purchase of 2 Mobility Scooters. Simon at Metro Mobility helped me out greatly. I had 2 different Home Delivery appointments and Simon was 10 minutes early on both occasions. l had a great experience with them and would recommend Metro Mobility and Simon to anyone in need of Mobility Service and/or Devices.

Despite a broken ankle, I traveled to Nashville for a conference. MetroCenter Mobility made it SO easy and affordable to rent a high-quality scooter. It was at the hotel when I arrived, it was in perfect condition and comfortable, and the carry bag was perfect for business cards and other necessary trade show items! I cannot possibly thank you enough! The service was fast, responsive, and caring!

The airline broke my Electric Mobility scooter upon arrival in Nashville. To their credit, Southwest was wonderful in making arrangements for a loner and even a repair at Metro Center Mobility. Simon and Debra at Metrocenter were amazing, so accommodating, and wonderful to work with in general. Great place and they go above and beyond!

What a nice review - thank you, Keith! We're so glad we could take care of everything for you, and that you were able to enjoy your stay without the inconvenience of having equipment issues.

I worked with Simon to help a friend get a new scooter within a limited budget. Simon was great! He found a scooter to fit my friend's needs and within budget. Also, the scooter is easily repaired, another important requirement. I don't want my friend's scooter to need repair, but if it does, Simon will be there!

I have yet to meet Simon in person, but I look forward to an outing to his shop. If you need an electric scooter or chair, this is the place and Simon is, well, Simon is a saint.

Rented a manual wheelchair for my Mom while we visited and the owner was super nice. He explained how to open it, to be sure to lock it when my Mom sits down in it, and even offered some advice as to where to sightsee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just spent a week in Nashville and was able to really enjoy it . Mobility City of Greater Nashville was very kind and exceptional to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone. Reasonable priced and very friendly.
