We have just used the services of Mobile Austin Notary for an "apostille", and were completely satisfied with them.
Everything was handled over the net, with clear instructions and delays.
Mobile Austin Notary beat the posted delay (of 5 days) by 2 working days, and even sent us a 20$ refund that we were unknowingly entitled to for 2 documents.
