Perfect location, just 5 mins from Arches, nice pool and hot tub to relax end of the day and it is open until 11pm.Report
Pros: The hot tub works (which seems to be a rarity for this chain of hotels). The staff were hospitable and the pancake maker in the breakfast area was a real treat. There were plenty of fresh towels. The view was spectacular. The beds were super comfy!Report
Cons: The room needed to have the surfaces wiped down better. The carpets on the first floor were tattered and worn.
Overall 9/10 would stay again.Re: Pros: The hot tub works ( ... Moab Hotels by IHG replied on Wednesday, December 15th 2021Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our hotel. We hope to see you again when travel brings you back to Moab!
Room and staff were nice, just wish there was some to-go options for the breakfastReport
Overall, the hotel is clean. Good customer service.Report
The complimentary breakfast is just ok. The bananas were soft , pale brown darker inside too, it's overripe and no longer good for eating straight. The milk was bad and it got lumpy.
The location of the hotel is great and very close to the Arches National Park on one side and also close to Moab town center on the other. Breakfast choice is great even though they often ran out of Muffins and Bagels over an hour before breakfast close time the variety of food is great. And you cannot beat hot meals. They have changed the policy to clean rooms once in four days. And as of Nov-21 there is no mask mandate inside the hotel. So if you are adement on being safe and wanting to be safe and wear mask people around you will not. Yes the staff wore masks but not the other guests.Report
