My husband and I purchased our first Volvo from Mitchell! A stress-free enjoyable experience. The staff were both professional and extremely honest. A special thx, to our salesman, Michael Pedergast. He was so patient and he took the time to basically train/educate my husband and i on all things Volvo. I would highly recommend Mitchell and Mike for all of your Volvo needs.

Volvo has a national warranty program for parts. Any parts purchased can be brought in to any dealership if defective and are covered for 2 years. I purchased a roof top box from another dealership out of state and the service dept agreed that certain parts to the roof top were defective. Instead of covering the cost of a new roof box through the national warranty program (was told by service manager that it would come out of their pocket), they went ahead and had someone in the repair shop fix the defective parts on their own and then re-stated that the parts were never defective. Honesty goes a long way and I don't see this dealership holding onto customers very long with tactics like this.

First service on our Volvo and it could not have been smoother. This location is professional and truly understands customer service. Our car was returned as scheduled in great shape. Service charges were fair.
Other branches of Mitchell could learn from the folks here at Mitchell Volvo. Well done!

If you are looking for a Volvo, Mitchell is a great spot to shop. Mike Pendergas was my salesman and was very knowledgable about the xc90 as well as its options, settings and functions.
