We have always had great experiences at Mitchell Subaru. This time was no exception. Our sales rep Jeff Schmahl could not have been nicer to us. He was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and answered any questions we had regarding our purchase. Ed, the finance manager, did a great job getting us through the purchase process and vehicle registration. Everyone in the dealership was outgoing and friendly and created a great atmosphere. Plus we ended up with an awesome finance rate on the vehicle we purchased. We’re very happy with everything.

Thank you Mitchell Subaru for a speedy fix of, two wheel bearings and a broken axle. The team was able to get me back on the road in a day. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that upon review of the bill...I thought $50 flat rate rag charge was excessive...there was also a $50 disposal fee...also feeling it was excessive...I did; however, very much appreciate the shuttle service and Lilyanna was knowledgeable and helpful walking me through the diagnosis and repairs.

Listened to concerns of what i researched and thought the warnings were. Very polite service staff and part was covered under extension!!

My experience at Mitchell Subaru was unique. Because I connected with the original owner, at least the remembrance of him. He seemed like such a kind person and because Subaru was having a giving event, where I donated to the Make a Wish Foundation, I was happy to buy my car from them. The Make a Wish Foundation is very close to my heart. Thank you, Mitchell Subaru.
