My father and I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. Marlon was kind, honest, efficient and patient enough to help us out during this process. Shopping for a car can be stressful, but Marlon's knowledge and patience made our experience so much easier! His bilingual skills were a huge advantage since my father only speaks Spanish and had many questions through out the purchase. Marlon was diligent and thorough in both Spanish and English. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to have Marlon as our car salesman. Thank you so much for everything!

My stepdaughter and I visited the dealership earlier this week to purchase a vehicle. We encountered a man named Henry who adamantly refused to lower the price and made several broken promises. He claimed to have spoken to the used manager and informed us that the person responsible for the work was out of the office for a week. Despite our agreement, the manager later reneged on their commitment. When Henry attempted to deny making the previous statement, which was witnessed by three of us, they could have honored that agreement, but instead, they seemed solely interested in my stepdaughter’s money. I strongly advise people to avoid purchasing a vehicle from Michelin Honda. Even the person handling the paperwork with us, who initially promised to assist us, couldn’t provide any assistance and couldn’t even offer a finance option, despite our request. They informed us that we could only qualify for a 14% interest rate, which is significantly higher than what we were offered elsewhere. And that guy Henry is very unprofessional and very unworthy of his words.
