Really? When Miss Kitty's first started, they were excellent. Not sure if they changed ownership or grew too much & losing control over many below par assistants?
i am convinced they have not set foot into the condo we rented in Rockport, on the bay. We know the cleaning crew did, it was clean. But none of the electronics worked. We requested sharing wifi code to no avail. "wifi not listed in our ad - well what do you call your indeed listed "wireless internet"?
Neither of the Directv's was alive!
Take a look at the furniture!
The toilet bowl's nuts were missing & did not keep it safely in place. Geez! They did refund 1 night's stay, but kept the tax - "we do not refund tax" - WTH...

Rented in Key Allegro at 21 Flamingo Dr while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was nicely furnished, spacious, and in a great location right on a canal.

This is a great place to stay, and the host was available and very helpful. The unit is very updated and has a wonderful screened in front porch. We enjoyed walking to the shoreline, and walking to the Connie Hager birding sanctuary and riding our bicycles in the neighborhood. We used the NEMA 14-50 outlet to plug in our EV.

Great experience with the family definitely doing this again

Loved this location. Pool was perfect. The fishing was outstanding. A very spacious lot. Plenty of room for the family.

Very Dissapointed. I have aid a great deal for 3 nights at Laguna reef condos because of the pier which is bragged about. No one bothered to let us know prior to checking in and then going all the way out to the pier only to find out the end of the pier was gone and railing was missing. Would have been nice to know and we would have stayed elsewhere.

I can no longer recommend Miss Kitty after the disastrous experience during our family vacation over the long weekend.

From the moment we arrived at “Sea Forever,” we reported a high-pitched squealing sound coming from a bathroom connected to two bedrooms. Despite multiple calls to the maintenance team, nothing was fixed. To make matters worse, we lost access to hot water for the entirety of our stay. The maintenance guy removed the shower head but left without resolving anything, making one bathroom completely unusable.

The property was uninhabitable due to the relentless noise and lack of hot water. Despite this, the company refused to relocate us or issue a refund. Customer service was equally appalling, failing to follow up unless we constantly chased them.

Adding insult to injury, after we checked out, we were offered a paltry “buy 2 nights, get 1 free” or a 15% discount on a future stay. This tone-deaf offer showed a blatant disregard for the significant impact on our vacation. Their inability to provide solutions and their disrespectful treatment of guests are truly unacceptable.

We will definitely book with Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways again! Highly recommended!

We have been using 'Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways' for several years now and will continue to do so for many more years to come GOD willing. Everyone has always been so very nice & extremely helpful. They have always been very professional, from assisting with a reservation to answering any questions or concerns we may have.
