Awesome customer service and a beautiful hotel resort!!!

The spa was disappointing. Poorly staffed with no locker room amenities. I'll pass.

The hotel is under a massive renovation. Lot's of noise. My room which was on the 2nd floor had no elevator for me to use with luggage. The room smelled even after I cleaned it with bleach and pines. The bathroom is dated and carpet not clean. I would NEVER stay here again nor refer anyone. You park in a lot that is very dark at night. Not safe .

My visit was fantastic. I enjoyed the stay and friendly staff. the manager was very helpful helping suggest great food and activities in the area. I recommend!

Came here on a day pass we purchased through ResortPass because we got in on an early flight and our AirBnB wasn't ready to check into yet, and we wanted a pool to hang out at, and I wasn't overly impressed. There was a ton of construction going on around the property which I had read about, so I anticipated that. That part didn't really bother me. It's just that for the price we paid and for this being a supposedly higher end resort, I guess I expected a lot more. It just seemed kind of average. Not bad, just nothing special. Average pool, very average cabanas, super average pool chairs, thin flimsy pool towels. In fact, the thing I liked the most was the turkey club I ordered at the pool; that was cooked to perfection!

Maybe I'm being overly harsh, but in my personal opinion, it was just nothing to write home about. Could definitely use some updating.

This place is amazing! The service is absolutely wonderful. Their day pool pass is what I go there for. Food is delicious, and there are usually floaties, but due to covid, there arent.. Other than that, this place is great!
