The hotel is under a massive renovation. Lot's of noise. My room which was on the 2nd floor had no elevator for me to use with luggage. The room smelled even after I cleaned it with bleach and pines. The bathroom is dated and carpet not clean. I would NEVER stay here again nor refer anyone. You park in a lot that is very dark at night. Not safe .ReportRe: The hotel is under a mass ... Came here on a day pass we purchased through ResortPass because we got in on an early flight and our AirBnB wasn't ready to check into yet, and we wanted a pool to hang out at, and I wasn't overly impressed. There was a ton of construction going on around the property which I had read about, so I anticipated that. That part didn't really bother me. It's just that for the price we paid and for this being a supposedly higher end resort, I guess I expected a lot more. It just seemed kind of average. Not bad, just nothing special. Average pool, very average cabanas, super average pool chairs, thin flimsy pool towels. In fact, the thing I liked the most was the turkey club I ordered at the pool; that was cooked to perfection!Report

This place is amazing! The service is absolutely wonderful. Their day pool pass is what I go there for. Food is delicious, and there are usually floaties, but due to covid, there arent..
