They are veteran friendly and they are fast. I had prepared for at least two hours for my wife's surgery and it was not close to that long???? she was relieved of her previous tooth and gum pain ...Thanks to a great team.

Dr. McNeil is the best
He is quick and efficient! Does a great job and very nice. Before him I had been seeing a female dentist there and she struggled a lot with things so he would end up coming in and easily fix whatever the issue was. I prefer him and appreciate his help.

I have been a patient of Dr McNeil for over 10 years. He’s great- his staff is not! The customer rep person Brittany is not worth dealing with and I’m going to find a new dentist. Two years ago she said she could not locate
my insurance number unless she had my social security number or insurance card - I have dental insurance and had travelled to ak for the appt- and stood in their lobby and had to call my insurance company because she said without my SSN she could not find it, I handed the phone to her to speak with the insurance rep and the call mysteriously dropped, I was lectured that I could not go into my office appt without proof of my insurance - which I had provided!; fast forward to last fall I tried to make a last minute appt for a crown and Brittany insisted on charging me 300$ because Brittany said I missed the deadline by ONE day? and she refused to transfer me to a manager after what turned into a 15 minute debate about talking to the manager. Brittany said she is the manager ! Today I called back to reschedule a cleaning and got the same person again. It is totally not worth the BS to deal with Ms. Brittany. This is a real review! I will never go back to that place! There are better places whose staff act like adults.

All-Star staff! They made sure I was good through EVERY STEP of the process during multiple visits. I've had bad experiences at other dental spots (I hate going to the dentist), but Mint Dental is the best experience I've had, hands down. Everybody is friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their work is excellent and got me feeling more confident than ever! They are my first recommendation to family and friends. I'm always very anxious going to the dentist, but this time was much different. Jamie was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this office. Jamie also helped me save as much money as possible and gave me thorough feedback. She answered all of my questions, she also went above and beyond to ensure all of my dental needs were being met. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I definitely would.

BEWARE! Worst dental office in Anchorage! They take your insurance information “say” they’ve done their due diligence and that your service is covered then send you a bill 6 months later!

Very very unpleasant treatment. Ask not for a upper plate to look like Ed the horse. That happen. Then to be having to always correct there non professional care to listen and have to fight to prove to them the Dr. did write a prescription for a antibiotics to cure a bad gum infection that keeps coming back . I then feel bad to write the truth. No more Mint Dental for me. I hope one day I find a dentist to really care to listen not always correcting there mistakes. Sad treatment .

Mint dental is a five star experience. I truly enjoyed my dental visit here. The customer service was excellent and they were so friendly. I am happy to be a new patient. ShaQuana was an excellent assistant. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Dr. Fields and the hygenist Joann was very thorough. The Entire staff professional, and the office very clean. I love Mint dental, everyone is so nice and wonderful. They did amazing work on my Invisalign. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
