My family has gotten cars here for several years now and it was finally my turn. Just went looking and ended up meeting Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with me and answered all my questions. We had some issues with the car, but Jeremy worked things out and got the car the way we wanted it. It was a great deal and thank you so much to Jeremy and Dullah (over at the financing center) for helping me purchase my car. I absolutely love it!

Second car from Miller Honda and couldn't be more pleased. Jeremy is a great salesman and I highly reccomend if you're looking to buy that you see him. Definitely the best warranty options around and very accommodating to our needs!

Everyone was friendly and efficient, especially Ethan who sold me my car. This was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. They had the specific car I was looking for so I was willing to drive a little to get the car, and it was worth it; Ethan and team were up front and honest and a pleasure to work with.

Shea was absolutely amazing. I only have one issue. When I was signing the paperwork the clear coat package deals they were putting it on my car, it reacted to some touch up paint (again didn't know about or notice) that was already on the car. It melted the side of my cars rear fender paint. I came out ready to drive off, envelope in hand and bam, the bad news. They did try to fix. It looks ok, but it's not the same. There's spots of rough places, it's darker than the other part and not as glossy anymore in areas. My biggest thing is this happened while I was signing the paperwork before I even drove my "new to me" car off the lot. It took away from the excitement. I've been back and forth with shop appointments and didn't have my car pretty much the first month. I feel like it took away its value before I got to drive it. I've stated I wanted to talk to a manager and nobody's reached out, I have to call them. We'll I did, no response yet. I just feel like customer service and satisfaction wise, this is not ok. Yes, even though they tried to fix it, it's not the same. I'm still expressing I'm not happy and here I feel bad for bugging them. It was a lot of money down for me and I saved up for this car. I would of asked for money off or something had I known before signing. No discount or discussion on this.

The folks at Miller Crosspointe are great. Jeremy is simply the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, not pushy and very accommodating. He maintained a great balance of communication during my car search and purchase process. If you are looking for a used car and an outstanding sales rep to work with, Jeremy has my highest recommendation.
