Will not honor warrant work. I will never set foot in the dealership again. Go somewhere else.

I purchased a 2015 Honda pilot from Miller Honda in August 2019. Before my first payment was due, the sunroof quit working and was stuck open. I took it in and despite having their seal of approval, they refused to cover the cost of fixing it. That was $2200, approximately. I also purchased the armor all exterior paint protection plan. My vehicle was vandalized with obscenity spray painted on the exterior which is covered under the contract. Armorall has refused to cover this and Miller Honda has refused also. I highly suggest use any other car dealership besides Miller Honda. I have contacted Miller Honda to let them know about my disappointment, however, they told me they are used car dealership and that is my problem.

We had a persistent issue with the power steering light/loss of PS & subsequent "limp mode" that did take three visits to clear up but the final visit to the service center seems to have done the trick & they were determined to get it right and didn't charge us for the third visit. I do think some service centers are relying a bit much on their error codes & I hope the hour long diagnostics involves more than an OBD scanner. I also think nearly $400 for just the rear brakes is INSANE even accounting for inflation and the fact that dealerships are expected to be more expensive. I am pleased they were willing to continue to help me try to figure out the problem and found Steve, my service advisor, to he responsive to messages & questions and extremely helpful when I needed my car to be checked over for the third time, I know it must have been frustrating for them as well.
