Totally satisfied with whole experience at Miller Hill Subaru! Sawyer Jones introduced three different models that could potentially meet my needs and thoroughly described and demonstrated the features of each so I could narrow down my choices. After test driving the Outback, my choice was made. Several discussions to decide on lease versus buy and the various financing options. There was no pressure with the entire process and it was solely up to me to proceed or not. I am totally pleased with the purchase of my Outback and look forward to driving it for many years to come!

This is our third Subaru Forester and since we have nothing but good things to say about numbers one and two, after checking out a few other brands, we decided that we were definitely Forester people.
At our age, this may be the last vehicle we will ever purchase and we wanted it to also be the the best vehicle we've ever had. Our salesperson (Sawyer Jones) was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us select the best vehicle for our needs.
Other members of the sales team were easy to work with as well. We recommend Miller Hill Subaru to anyone looking for a good deal on an excellent automobile.

I've always preferred local mechanic shops over going to a dealership for getting any kind of work done on my vehicle but after my recent experience, I may reconsider in the future.
Morgan was great to work with. She was great at communicating with me and even found that a couple of things I needed fixed were covered by my extended warranty (that honestly, I forgot I purchased 5 years ago when I got my Outback).

They always do a very good job.

I been going here for years. Everything normally great. My last visit not so much. My rear defroster wasn't working. They looked and found it disconnected. I was accused of disconnecting it. Also of removing the entire rear hatch door! I don't have the knowledge or physical capabilities to do this. A few years prior I had the pressure hinges replaced at this dealership. It is far more likely that the disconnection happened then and I just never noticed it wasn't working due to the milder winters. The service advisor argued with me so I paid for the repair and left but having already paid for the other repair, which apparently wasn't completed in entirety, when they did not reconnect everything I probably should have refused and asked for a manager. Some of the people I've seen there for years no longer seem to be working there.
