Add ReviewThe hallways smelled like weed, the room had a terrible smell of moist. The bathroom had dirt between the tiles. There was no USB port, some extensions were daisy-chained, other electrical plugs were out of the sockets. I asked the front desk for a refund and they said that since I booked online, the refund was not possible. I believe that if I change my mind due to a personal issue, that is acceptable, but not if it is about the rooms condition. Terrible experience, my recommendation for the hotel, please update the pictures of the rooms on your website, not the same as the real thing.Report
Photos aren't what your room/hotel look like. The hotel is beat down. My pillows were flat empty pancakes. The bed was not comfortable. I barely had enough pillow bunching 2 of them into a ball. The toilet in my room almost broke off the wall and was horribly loose and connected to anything. There were no microwaves or mini fridge.Report
It's and old hotel that has not been maintained. Location is great, and I'm sure the owners make money no matter the condition of the hotel with the college close, they don't do anything to maintenance and keep it up. I would definitely spend the extra $50 bucks a night to stay at another better hotel.Re: Photos aren't what your r ... Pictures are deceiving. They seemed to be very understaffed and overwhelmed. We couldn't get extra towels for anything. The rooms are okay but need updating and a good clean. There were houseless people laying on the floor in the lobby and seemed to be bothering the front desk attendant all while the "security" slept in the little booth in the lobby.Report

Our experience was pretty poor overall. My girlfriend and I got to the hotel at night. Upon checking in they told us that they ran out of room keys... The maintenance worker had to walk us to our room to let us in. They told us that since they did not have a key for us they would automatically give us a 15% discount. However after checking out and getting our receipt, that 15% was not reflected on the bill. We have tried contacting the hotel multiple times for weeks now, with no success. No one ever answers the phone. We have left multiple messages and no one has gotten back to us. If we had known that we would have to pay full price, we most definitely would not have stayed there. We stayed there 3 nights. The hotel in general is run down, the stairs near our room was taped up and "out of service", our room was very old and dirty. Some of the towels had brown spots on them, the shower curtains had brown stains, our bedside tables had food crumbs - it was obvious that the rooms don't get cleaned properly between guests. We weren't going to make a fuss since it was cheap, and you get what you pay for (although the pictures online are very misleading), but for them to offer 15% of our stay and not honouring it, and even worse not answering us or getting back to us when trying to contact them is very frustrating.ReportRe: Our experience was pretty ... Millennium Harvest House Boulder replied on Tuesday, December 14th 2021Thank you for staying with us, Danny. We're sorry to hear about your negative experience at our hotel. We are working on upgrades around the hotel, such as painting the staircases. There was another staircase at the other end of the hallway. Unfortunately, I cannot find a reservation under your name to look into the discount. Please feel free to call the hotel at 303-443-3850. If we do not answer, we are assisting a guest in front of us. We do get back to everyone that leaves a voicemail within 24 hours, however, you must leave a callback number. Thank you for your understanding and happy holidays!

When we checked in, there were no hotel keys available. security/desk had to walk us to our room and let us in. The front desk person apologized and offered a 15%discount due to the inconvenience. Fine, no worries. They never applied the discount at the end. I have emailed twice, and called, and left a message twice. NO REPLY. This is the most frustrating costume service. Atleast respond and say sorry, no discount.Report
Great location if you are visiting students at Boulder. Not the cleanest hotel, food was on the bedside tables.. Shower curtain was dirty, but shower pressure was great. Hotel needs an update.Re: When we checked in, there ... Millennium Harvest House Boulder replied on Friday, November 12th 2021Thank you for staying with us, Melissa. Like walking through rabbit holes. Dark small hallways. Rather unnerving. If anything happened no one would know. No USB in the rooms and all of the plugs are used up. Very uncomfortable. The smoke detector was held to the wall with brown tape that was coming undone. There was grime and dirt all around the edges of the carpets. Grime and dirt on the walls of the hallways.ReportRe: Like walking through rabb ... Millennium Harvest House Boulder replied on Tuesday, December 14th 2021Thank you for staying with us, Les. Positive: close in to town Negative: all the hidden extra fees they charged at the front desk.... basically this place is nothing as advertised.Report
