We own several rental properties in the Summerville area and Miler properties has been managing them for the last 4 years. They have done a great job with screening and retaining tenants. They also have great communication and quick to resolve issues. We work with several other property managers in other cities and Miler Properties is by far the ,most professional organization and the easiest to work with.

I am a deal estate agent and have struggled to get them to communicate with me so that I can set appointments for my clients. They do not answer the phone or emails and respond promptly. So frustrating!

Sorry to hear that Theresa. All of our listings are on MLS and able to be scheduled through ShowingTime 24/7. We also have a full time receptionist from 9-5 Monday through Friday who can help answer questions. The staff was very friendly and helped with my questions about available properties in the area. Jeanene was very sweet and told me the local restaurants and grocery stores in the area.Amazing company to do your business with.
