The Customer service techs are knowledgeable about service requirements, schedules and technical aspects of our car. There never is a high pressure pitch, just professional advise on car service.

Always a good experience in the service dept writers are courteous and explain what's going on with the car and when its ready it comes back cleaner than when I brought it in.

I would like to thank Jimmy Nicholds for his excellent customer service. He was prompt, professional and thorough throughout the entire process. Shout out to AJ and Bob the finance manager for making me feel welcomed and like family. And a special thank you to Chris Garcia for showing me the truck during service call on my wife’s car. HORRIBLE. PLACE I recently applied with the intention of purchasing a specific truck. After being in contact with a sales representative and agreeing on the terms, we were all set to finalize the deal. We spent hours going over paperwork and details, and were told the car was ours. However, shortly after, we found out the dealership sold the car out from under us without any notice.

This experience was completely unacceptable. We had clearly expressed our interest and commitment to the deal, yet there was zero communication about this change. The lack of transparency and poor communication is beyond frustrating. It's hard to trust a dealership that can't keep their word or show respect for their customers' time.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from here to be cautious. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

No wonder they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I would give zero stars if I could. I recently applied at this dealership with the intention of purchasing a specific truck. We had been in contact with a sales representative, agreed on the terms, and were ready to finalize the deal. After spending hours going over paperwork and details, we were told the car was ours—only to find out, shortly after, that the dealership sold the car out from under us without any notice. We were shocked and frustrated, as we had clearly expressed our interest and commitment.

The lack of communication and transparency was appalling. Instead of resolving the situation, the dealership seemed indifferent to the entire issue and offered no apologies. Their unprofessionalism cost us valuable time, and we left feeling completely disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of other places that treat their customers with integrity and respect.
