I was reached out to by Richard Robles who did his due diligence with the approach that was taken with a service guy. He talked with me about bringing my car back to the dealership, which I did. Richard was the ultimate professional about the miscommunication between me and service. He got the Jeep diagnosed and I am very happy I decided to take the Jeep back to Mike Terry. Richard and the rest of the staff are open to improvements and all about customer service. Thank you for giving me the call and taking care of my Jeep!

The dealership I purchased my Jeep from was not calling me back so I reached out to this dealership for help. They got me in super quick, checked out my issues and had me back in my car in less than 2 days.

I had been having a difficult time finding the right dealership over the last month. On a whim i decided to try Mike Terry and im super glad i did. The staff was amazing and Mr.Rothe really went out of his way to get me into a car with my desired payments. Also , he made it a point to explain everything in detail to me and even followed up with me after my car purchase to help me program my dash settings . Hands down my experience was a 10 out of 10 !!! I highly recommend Mike Terry for any car purchases and you should definitely ask for Mr.Rothe !
