I recently bought a car from Subaru of Auburn and I had a great experience. Blaine was my sales associate and he treated me very well. He was honest, kind and very knowledgeable about my new car and everything in general. I would definitely buy another car here.

Wonderful experience. Van was great, if she couldn't answer our question, she would get someone who could. We thoroughly enjoyed buying our new Crosstrek from her.

Efficient car maintenance, excellent customer support.

They have the friendliest service and it’s great that they’re open Sundays. We’ve been there recently and Kristen took great care of us giving us an ETA of when our car would be done and staying in communication with us every step of the way.

My husband and I bought a new Forester on Wednesday evening and honestly we couldn't have had a better experience! We felt respected and welcome from start to finish: Joe Ricca had the exact vehicle I inquired about parked outside and he was waiting to greet us as we walked in. This personable gentleman has a wealth of Subaru knowledge! He thoroughly explained/demo'd all the features and didn't rush us at any point. We thought he would take off after we began the paperwork but he stayed with us to the very end! We plan to keep our car for a long time but if we ever find that we need another you can bet that we'll be back to this dealership!

Additional shout out to Gabe in Financing who is also incredibly knowledgeable! Even though we were there at the end of the day he also took his time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. We are thrilled with the financing rate he found for us!

We came in with just an idea of what car we might want, and Van helped us narrow it down until we found the perfect fit. She was incredibly helpful and great to talk to. Highly recommend!
