Love the place.

I had a great experience with car repair. I needed an oil change this time and I stayed and waited for the car to be done. It was quick as promised. Had my soft pretzel and read the newspaper and viola, the car was done. Ryan was my service associate and he was terrific. He told me everything as to what to expect waiting time. He explained what items should be addressed soon. He left a video explanation which was a fabulous idea. That must be a newer service which I appreciate. No guessing. It's an actual look under the hood.

Whenever I visited, the service was seamlessly provided. The service center is not conspicuous, which might cause confusion to the first comers though.
Update-they changed the office location and check in process, which resolved the previous concerns.

I say why I didn't like the place e I'm not good with the area a d I have a problem getting there. I did have my car serviced there and was happy with the service.i will say when you make your appointment don't wait till the night before because I did my appointment was for 1pm. My email said 8:30 am. This way you won't be surprised.

I’ve have been coming to Piazza Honda for several now and this is my 2nd Ridgeline they’ve worked on and still doing an excellent service!!!
