Mike Piazza Honda

I purchased a brand new car Honda civic and was told I would have free coverage for oil changes and tire rotations, etc. up to 12,000 miles. Went in for second oil change and they told me I only had one. Customer service terrible,Marc was rude. I called management the next day. Had a appt, dropped car off and wasn’t ready until almost 5, I called several times and was told will b done in 15 min, was done 20 min before closing. I told manager about this and he said, “well they should have told u when u bought car that this is what we do (almost blaming me).”and I said they didn’t and that’s something you need to address on your end. Manager said he would call back in a day and see what they could do, never got a call back. Will never buy another Honda! Will go back to GMC!

Mike Piazza Honda provided excellent service. The video evaluation of our CRX helped in identifying issues and determining required services. Doing business with them was simple and seamless.

Great dealership to get your car serviced. All service agents are really amazing. They serviced my car and did not pile on additional services that were not required for my car’s maintenance. Rather advices me not to get a few things done as it was not required. Thanks Mike Piazza Honda.

Great salesperson. Very hospitable, making sure my family and I were okay. I didn't feel as if they were trying to push me into buying. Jordan did a great job selling me my car. Desire was very knowledgeable when explaining the finance part of the deal. Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership.
