My car broke down over an hour from home and they were able to get my car in and fixed by the next afternoon so we could get back on the road, they even picked us up at our hotel since we didn't have a way to pick the car up.Report

The service department and general manager Kendra were horrible to deal with, customer service was nonexistent! I had my 06' ram 3500 in there to have a new motor installed...the truck was dropped off 4/19/2021 they took over a month to remove the old motor and it got worse from there, after having it 4 months Kendra advised me that her the "master diesel tech" couldn't put it back together and she subletted it out to hundts auto salvage without my permission, after 6 months the truck was finally finished on 10/8/2021...so I thought, it leaked oil from day 2....and now she says they don't/won't warranty the work....Report
