Everyone there was efficient, courteous. From the front desk, to the technician, to the Doctor, great care was taken. Excellent experience.

Oksana Buryadnyk is fantastic! She gives quality time to her patients and always answers my questions throughly and goes above and beyond as a person of care. She also has a sense of humor, which you don't really see in many doctors today. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Palumbo is one of the best physicians I've encountered! She is a great listener, makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough. She made a stressful experience better with her care. Highly recommend!!

We are quite pleasant with the detailed of the test result, however -

Stay away.

Recently moved to neighborhood, decided to give this place a try and do full body checkup.

Receptionist and doctor continuously telling us that our insurance should cover it 100% without checking when it's 100% false when requested. Also receptionist doesn't seem to know much upon asked questions, neither did receptionist even attempted to get help to get questions answered.

Spent 1.5 hours in a small room after getting called in, but 1.4 hour were spent waiting for doctor to be ready.

Charged us full charges TWICE when the second visit was doctor simply walking us through the report which is already self explanatory. Additional laboratory bill was received which was never mentioned during the visits.

Compare many places i have visited, this place is very unprofessional on all ends, where the ball are are getting tossed around so client like me does not get the right answer easily.

We made a mistake which caused us a fortune when claimed should be 100% covered after requesting it multiple times, please don't make the same mistake we did and look for somewhere else.

Would not give me estimated wait time. Would not say how many are in the waiting room. I understand that they want to keep customers even when they are busy, and I also understand that giving wait times are not an exact science. Again - I understand this is hard and might hurt their bottom line if they happen to be busy because then someone may choose to go somewhere else. However - in an urgent care setting its useful to know what the wait time is for health reasons - if its too long the best decision for your health may be to go somewhere else. It's a bad business practice to hide this information.

Physicians Immediate Care on Diversey will give you a wait time - go there instead. They are great too.
