Dear Holly, we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Due to the holiday surge in Covid-19 positive cases and testing, we are experiencing longer than average wait times and may not be able to accept walk-ins at certain times & locations. Checking in online & completing your registration is the best way to minimize the time of your visit, but a wait time should still be expected. We appreciate your patience, and we are continuing to assess our workflow and processes to best serve you.

This clinic always takes care of me, and plays no games with my time or health. Everything is done promptly and with care. I always feel cared for, and nowadays with clinics that is very hard to find. If you're looking for a quality clinic that will take care of your needs in a timely and quality fashion, then this is the place for you.

I was greeted with a smile customer service was awesome the nurse took care of me quickly and did not have to wait long at all I was well pleased.

Midwest Express clinic personable organized if you go on the computer and fill out your time is cut shortly very easy very helpful the nurse the doctor everybody listens takes their time and give you very good medical care and it is clean my husband went and was taking care of and I went very happy with the experience and I'm getting better

Been to Midwest Express Clinic Mt. Greenwood numerous times, felt with Dr. O'Riley and NP Holly, along with ALL the staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. All are caring with great bedside manner, never rush you and always make sure our comfortable and answers all your questions! Even the ones you didn't know you had! This is a definite neighborhood gem ?
