I am so grateful that this location is walking distance from where I live. Been having terrible asthma this Month and was able to get a Lung x-ray on Sat which put my mind at ease. The medical staff there is wonderful!?

Dr. Sheri Jakupovic was incredible. I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover both the PCR and rapid in the same visit, because she told my partner sometimes they don't (which was a huge help and great heads up), so I called my insurance in the lobby and by the time I got into her office they picked up. She literally sat on the phone with me and my insurance going through codes and making sure that I had the coverage that I needed. Dealing with insurance is usually a nightmare, but she went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciated it.

Midwest Express is now my go-to for medical needs after multiple visits that surpassed my expectations. They are professional, friendly, and affordable which is hard to find these days in the health care world. They have found that sweet spot of being quick but not at the expense of quality service. One stand out is Michael Cecchetto! He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care every time.

This is my go to place when I can't reach my Doctor . The mostly female team are exceptionally professional and warm. They made me/-always feel like a real human being. They are just amazingly efficient, kind and professional. They take the time to listen to your needs. A gem in our city of Chicago
