Since 1969, the operation has offered a unique alternative to conventional warehousing and distribution facilities. Carved into the rocky limestone bluffs of the Mississippi River, we are located in subterranean caverns an average of 100 feet below the earth surface, where millions of tons of limestone were once mined. We have an ambient temperature of 55°F year-round, and provide an ideal atmosphere for the storage of your products!

Access via barge, rail, or truck with daily rail switches coupled with private rail spur. Our private rail spur can accommodate up to 10 rail cars.

One of the Midwest largest cold storage facilities with over 2.3 million cubic feet of refrigerated/freezer space.

475,000 square feet available for dry storage.
