We recently had our roof and gutters replaced through Mid-South. Rusty initially came out to diagnose a leak, but found multiple layers of shingles on our roof that needed to be stripped and replaced to prevent future problems. He was very easy to work with and the whole project from quote to finished job was done within a few weeks, including the week of Thanksgiving. Rusty was only a call or text away and was prompt in answering all of our questions, and was never pushy like other companies we received quotes from. Rusty and Mid-South will be our go-to for roofing and we’re very happy with the new roof and gutters.

Working with William Richie at MidSouth Construction was an exceptional experience, truly like white-glove service! From start to finish, he guided us through the entire roof repair process, including navigating the insurance details, and maintained excellent communication throughout. A big thanks to Erik Popplewell. He was instrumental in getting our roof, fence and windows properly fixed. For 3 months he worked with the insurance company to get us fair compensation that would allow the work to be completed. He communicated with us on a regular basis was very personable, very knowledgeable, professional and like a pit bull with the insurance company. Erik Popplewell from Midsouth stopped to review with us about potential hail damage from the storm in May. He was relentless, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Erik worked a little over 3 months with the insurance, which included 9 adjustments before getting us the correct amount to address ALL issues. During the process Erik was available and had status updates. During the repairs Erik was in contact with us daily and onsite for a portion of each day. I would highly recommend Erik and Midsouth.

Jason was awesome! Jason arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with our roof leak, which was a vent boot that wasn't properly sealed all the way around, and he solved the problem by using a new vent boot and sealing it all around to prevent water leaks inside the attic. My wife and I want to thank Midsouth Construction for their professionalism. Midsouth Construction will be the only roofing company we deal with when it comes to our roof from now on.

Mid-South Construction is a great company. We have had the opportunity to work alongside them and see their work over the past couple of years and they are competent, ethical and fair. Like many of my neighbors a bad hail storm damaged my roof and it needed to be replaced. I always get nervous of door knocking companies because I don't want to get taken advantage of. Multiple people had Erik Popplewell as their rep and he did an excellent job for them so I gave MidSouth a chance at my claim. He made the process easy and answered all my questions. I even came outside my home one day and he was there running a magnet through my bushes and mulch to make sure his crew hadn't missed anything. A+ service. I would call them again for my roofing needs.
