Mid TN Dentistry - Franklin

I just visited office today… i am very upset that they screwed up my appointment. But She(Front desk) didn't even say sorry or something feel sorry…. She just say there is no space for me today even i made appointment.
It made me so upset.. it's not about my appointment is canceled… it's about her attitude and behavior to me.. she should say sorry or do something that she try to do something for me.. but she didn't and she is rude…!
I am so upset at this dental office.. never want to go.

Dr. Vann was so great! He was knowledgeable and very personable. I came in for teeth sensitivity and he could look at my teeth right away and knew that I grind them. He quickly found out which teeth were sensitive and showed me pictures and X-rays while discussing his recommendations. He was was able to do the crown and filling replacement right then which I really appreciated since my teeth were so sensitive. Additionally, he called me from his personal phone at 8pm to check to see how I was doing, I've never had a dentist do this and it speaks to how great of a professional he is. Highly recommend Dr. Vann!!

The staff and my dentist made me feel completely at ease! We built a treatment plan and I am so pleased with the work thus far.
I would recommend their services to all of my family and friends!!

They are respectful and caring group. They took the time to explain each step of treatment and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my visit.

I wish I could give a 5 star review for this office but after all 4 of my family members having reschedules over the course of the past 6 months due to a hygenist having COVID and one family member being asked to reschedule twice for the same reason I cannot. I am completely understanding and sensitive to the fact that COVID is still here and people are continuing to be ill from it. What I am not understanding of is why this office cannot assemble a staff structure to prevent one family from having every single dental appointment rescheduled with COVID cited as a reason. I was told this past spring this was an issue due to the clinic being down hygenists and only having one full time employee with agency staff fulfilling their other positions. I was told they were doing everything they could to remedy this issue. Fast forward 6 months and the issue remains. I received a call at 3:15 pm today asking to move my children's appointments from 3:00 pm tomorrow to 9:00 am tomorrow. With a full work schedule of meetings, I purposefully schedule my children's appointments 6 months out to allow me to block my calendar. The 9:00 am appointment tomorrow is the only appointment they could offer me which left me with no other option than to cancel my 9:00 am meeting to allow me to take my children to their newly scheduled appointment. I shared this frustration with this clinic last spring and wanted to give them a chance to make the changes they shared with me they were making. It is now 6 months later and I am not finding changes were made to make a positive impact on their patients. I let them know I will be finding another clinic for my family's dental needs.
