Gerard surprised me with his cordial response. He was busy and had an emergency situation with german cockroaches. He picked up my calls, helped me with the name of the product and how to use that, and all of these without any cost. When I asked him he said that since he was tremendously busy and I had a tricky situation he did it.
I cannot thank Gerard enough and I really recommend his service. Thanks a lot Gerard.

Gerard was very professional and knowledgeable. On the phone he talked us out of some services we were wondering about and ended up coming for a termite inspection. He was EXTREMELY thorough looking at the properly and gave loads of advice.

I called Gerard to check out our property because reviews say he had a tonne of experience. Definitely didn't disappoint - nothing beats years and years of experience on the job. Thanks Gerard! Nearly went through my ceiling that day though but that's another story.
