Doctor Bogdan was recommender to me by my dermatologist as the top notch incredible surgeon she had ever seen to improve my aging wrinkled skin! He gave me options he thought would be most effective and he was so correct! I just came in to see him today after enjoying everything he did for me two years ago and he was very pleased with the outcome also! Wonderful doctor!

I have to start out by saying I'm so blessed to have found 2301 Plastic Surgery! From the beginning of my journey, I always felt so cared for and that I mattered and wasn't just a number. Dr Bogdan did my surgery, and my results are phenomenal! I highly recommend him and his entire team for your plastic surgery needs.

I visited for a consultation. First appt was good with Dr. Cason. However, the staff particularly Leslie and Dianne were very high pressure.
They gave me an available appt. and requested for an immediate deposit. Then when I had the 2nd consultation to verify more...they got upset at me for not paying the whole amount. I told them,.I was not informed all the necessary blood tests and EKG and other lab tests that they needed and I need to make sure I get this done first, because I don't even know of I can easily get this done with my busy schedule. I don't have a problem paying..I'm just not comfortable with your No refund policy. What if can't make the appt given to me...and move it because of the lab and EKG they need.
They told me...let's just give you deposit back if you think you can't make it They were juat high pressure and wanted the total.pmt...and don't care if the patient don'tget any of their moneyback...just because of uncertainties.
These staff were misrepresenting the 2 whole practice.
Leslie even said...because we gave you a refund from.your deposit...we can never re schedule you an appt.
Wow....so rude. Do the doctors or owner of the practice even know how this woman or women...run the financial part. Very poor customer service. They blame it on the patient just because they don't have the patience to deal with questions and don't have the skills to understand how good business should be...because they are not the one losing patients or business.
All about collecting money...and don't have any skills in customer service communication.
There are so many great cosmetic surgeons in the DFW...metroplex...and when you encounter people like these...you wonder how they will care about your post operative care...once you paid them.
I had consultations in Plano and Frisco and Dallas areas. Southlake 2301 Cosmetic Surgery was the worse staff in costumer service. I feel bad for the doctors who don't know how they lose business because of their staff.

I had a consultation with the very kind, professional, and brilliant Dr Bogdan. Unfortunately, there is not a viable treatment which would help me, but he referred me to a different type of doc and did not charge me for my office visit. I highly recommended this trustworthy doctor!!

The experience with 2301 Plastic Surgery was better than I could have ever expected. Dr. Cason did my breast augmentation. He was meticulous about the process, professional, kind, and a good listener to what I wanted. His nurse Sophia was so helpful from beginning to end as well, easing nerves and ensuring my comfort. The final product turned out perfect and I am incredibly happy.

Knowledgeable kind and thorough. Will be in good hands!

I had multiple appointments scheduled with doctors around the OKC & Dallas areas for a mommy makeover consult. As soon as I met with Dr. Bogdan, I knew he was the doctor for me. I canceled all other consults immediately. Dr. Bogdan’s photographs speak for themselves. Not only is he an incredibly talented artist, but his kind personality and bedside manner made me certain that I was safe in his hands. I had to cancel my surgery due to a completely unexpected pregnancy after years of IVF treatment (truly a miracle given our situation), and Dr. Bogdan was kind enough to refund us. He did not have to do this, and I honestly did not expect him to. This act of kindness really shows the type of person he is. And his office manager, Leslie, is the sweetest. Everyone I encountered at Dr. Bogdan’s office was top notch. I can’t wait to come back for my surgery in a year!

Dr. Bogdan and his entire staff from the front office to the operating room was wonderful and professional. My whole experience can be summed up with one word. Excellence! I researched different doctors for my procedures ( mommy makeover) and felt certain Dr. Bogdan was the right choice! I’m 8 weeks post op and couldn’t be happier!!! My results are spectacular!!!
