Miami Acura

Leased a 2022 MDX. My sales advisor, Barak Granot, was great. This is the 3rd car I've leased with Barak. He went over everything completely but efficiently, and spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features of the car. I highly recommend both Miami Acura and him.

A winning combination of scummy and inept - avoid at all costs

I have had an Acura for 10 years now and believed that the dealership would be a safe bet for repairs. I came in asking for them to fix a leak in my tire and they instead misdiagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor (a much more expensive repair). While I did not feel that this was the solution, and asked what the process would be if they were wrong, I reluctantly took their recommendation and pre-ordered the part, continuing to drive my car in the meantime. They stressed that this was a sensor issue so to ignore the system alarm indicating a major difference in pressure between one tire and the rest (which can result in a tire blow-out). In this time I drove four hours each way for Labor Day weekend in the Florida heat. Only later did I realize that the sensor was in fact correct and that it was a miracle that we didn't have a major accident.

As suspected, hundreds of dollars and an unnecessary sensor install later, the problem continued. Following their failure to fix this I quickly found a local garage who managed to diagnose the issue and repair it in 30 min for $20. After raising this with Acura and requesting partial reimbursement due to their mistake (not to mention incompetence that could have gotten someone killed) I was ignored and ultimately denied.

This location not only seemed to knowingly up-sell me on something completely unnecessary for my vehicle but also put myself and others at risk for a major car accident. It is only a matter of time before someone falls victim to their malpractice. Please be vigilant

I have own Acuras for more than twenty years, I have lived in Connecticut, and Colorado, Miami Acura is without a doubt the most professional and courteous dealership, they do not push product and they explain everything very clearly.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They botched an extended warranty registration for a used car purchase and are avoiding their culpability. We are out over $1,100.00 because they never processed our Extended Warranty correctly and we had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. The finance company they use (SPP) for payment collection on Extended Warranties admitted that this dealership is both incompetent in filling out paperwork and horrible at following up with any communication to the client. Please stay away from JOHN SANCHEZ, he does not know how to fill out and process a simple installment contract for an extended warranty. We will be pursuing further recourse but want people to be aware that this dealership is inept and its staff is severely incompetent. Go somewhere else for all your new or used car needs especially if purchasing an Extended Warranty for a used vehicle. If you are there now, just leave, you will thank me in the long run. Miami Acura is a very dishonest dealership and their GM, Debra Canter, does nothing to improve the situation there! Fire the incompetent staff!

Christy, we are sorry that you had this experience. We spoke to SPP several times, on your behalf, and tried to straighten this out. They stated failure to respond to their requests, on your part, the reason for the final cancellation. We appreciate your point of view but there are factors that were not within our control. We always try to satisfy our clients and we are sorry we didn't live up to this for you.

What an easy purchase!...The absolute most amazing deal I have ever done...Wesley Skyers and John Sanchez were so professional and kind...Made the purchase of our vehicle less painful than we thought...Recommend this dealership AND these gentleman for all vehicle purchases!!

Very good experience with Jose Camus, who was able to not only show all the car features and special conditions provided by Acura but also knew how to conduct the complex negotiations with the finance group. Shout out also to John Sanchez who covered the paperwork portion of the process, which typically takes forever and in this case was straight forward.
