Mark Evans, Owner and Designated Broker has over a decade of experience in Real Estate Sales, Investing, Property Management and Marketing . Mark honed his skills in San Diego, California were he and his Real Estate partner and wife, Annette, were consistently Top Producers in the Century 21 franchise.

In 2004, Mark and Annette moved to the beautiful town of Brunswick in Maine's Mid-Coast region. They did not hesitate to invest in Maine Real Estate and transferred their California Real Estate licenses to Maine licenses as associate brokers with CHR Realty GMAC Real Estate. A Maine native, Annette turn her attention to the Maine State Gem Stone "Tourmaline" and now owns and operates R.D. Allen Freeport Jewelers, in Freeport Maine. Mark again rose to Top Producer level.

In late 2008, Mark decided to own and operate his own Real Estate agency in order to further his commitment of providing excellent customer service. For over 30 years, Mark has provided top-notched service to public. He served in the United States Navy, owned and operated a mobile auto accessory business. In addition, Mark has been very active in his congregation sharing in a Bible education ministry. All of this experience makes Mark the perfect choice to care for your Real Estate needs.
