Ryan Shaffer handles all types of civil litigation for the Firm. He has substantial experience representing clients in state courts, federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Ryan's clients include people who have been harmed by defective products and toxic substances, people whose civil rights have been violated, corporations in regulated industries, and corporate clients involved in business disputes.

Ryan is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Western Montana Bar Association. Ryan is also a frequent guest lecturer at the Missoula College's trial preparation class.
