The doctors are ok. Some of the staff is terrible. My family of four has used the Matthews office for years. Scheduling the wrong doctor and other issues have been encountered. Rude front desk staff are common. The latest experience was sending my teenage daughter there. My wife called 10 minutes before my daughter arrived and went over the insurance information. My daughter arrives and sees the doctor without problems. When leaving the payment front desk person demanded full payment from my teenage daughter and tried to refuse letting her leave without money. The lady demanded to know how much money my daughter had and could give them then.Report
