I must say it’s sad i have to give this place a negative review. I purchased a car from this place March 11th 2021. The gentleman who assisted with the sale did a wonderful job but i was told no longer works for the company. Since then I have purchased another car (kia) elsewhere and wanted to have it serviced at tasca kia. The company not only had me waiting for months with no info on a simple labor job. They made me pay for a part for my vehicle up front which i was later told by their staff I was supposed to pay the day of my appointment when my car is being repaired. I was told i would be contacted when the part came in i was never contacted weeks went by. Finally when i set up a different appointment, Tasca Kia employees had me waiting for hours to come back and tell me they don't have the proper part to fix my car after it was already examined for this issue months ago. Nothing has changed within the first initial visit. While they had my car i was told it will be left outside in their parking lot with the keys inside through text message that wasn’t true. My car was actually inside and the sales department had to search for my car while the service department had it all day. This happened at the first initial visit. All i was given was a bunch of apologies and was told it was due to an employee who no longer works there. I wasted so much my own personal time and time from work just for a simple service job. I have another appointment coming up. I really hope they can make things right. As of today i had a missed call followed by a voicemail from Tasca kia of Johnston stating if i had any questions to call. So far i have called them back twice and tried to speak to someone in the service department and i was hung up on two times in a row. So all of this is the reason for my negative review. Waste of my timeReport

This was my first interaction with Tasca Kia and let me tell you it won't be my last. They are all super friendly. Jacob, my sales rep is amazing, and if the opportunity arises at Tasca Kia, he would be well fit as a Sales Manager. He went over and above any other salesperson I have ever encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained the vehicles many features and offered to be there if I ever had a question. Kudo's Jacob... interaction with finance was also very smooth and went quickly. I will be back in the years to come when I need another vehicle. Don't change the way you interact w/ customers as you have knocked it out of the park with your dealership.Report
