Just inquired about a car listed on auto trader and was told they mark up the cars 5k. What a waste of time. Chrysler your about to lose a customer, what a mess.

After being told there would be no fees to buy out my jeep, I wasted my time going in and dealing with someone who was trying to tell me 2495 to buy out my lease. i left and went to empire jeep and they took care of me with no hassle.

I just picked up a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. They bought back my 2020 Durango for more then I could have ever expected. Keri P was very knowledgeable and accommodating through the process. I got the bottom line from the start no haggling for hours. I highly recommend talking to keri if your in the market for a new car.

By far the best dealership experience I've ever had. I bought a preowned Jeep from there used car selection. This is the 6th Ram/Jeep my family and I have purchased and never have I had a good experience with any of the past dealerships. I will only be bringing my business to Merrick from now on! My salesmen Greg Ifill was excellent. Very straight forward about the car and process, answered whatever questions I had, and fixed whatever minor issues with the car that I wanted done before finalizing the purchase. Greg Morehouse in the finance depart was just as great. Very helpful with figuring out what the best financing and warranty option was for me and extremely organized which made the purchasing process efficient, quick, and painless. When I came to pick up the car I was in and out of there in a half hour. Rich the used car manager really impressed me as well. I had a question about a potential issue with the front break pad/rotor and without hesitation he grabbed a mechanic, took the car for another test drive and made sure the issue was corrected right then and there. Overall I couldn't be happier with my new car and Merrick Jeep.

Typical underhanded, dishonest, deceptive dealer tactics. When you get there, you find out the advertised used car price isnt really the price, its $1k more because of the mandatory "VIP plan" they tack on when you finally sit down at the desk. I guess "being treated like royalty" means getting lied to

I would to discuss your experience and The optional fee that includes 1 year key replacement, Zurich Shield which protects the outside and inside of the the vehicle and a 6month/6k miles limited powertrain warranty. It states this right on the buyers order. It is all in black and white Print. We do not deceive anyone. I apologize we did not earn your business. This review is for their service. I needed a new key programmed. That's it. I made a 10 AM appointment, I drove 30 minutes and got there 15 minutes early. After wasting 20 minutes checking my vehicle in with their valet and registering with them, they told me it's at least another 2 hour wait. Nothing can be done. How on earth can they be two hours behind for a 10 AM appointment when they open at 9 AM??

They could not care less. They run the business with the customer last. Make appointments randomly and have no schedule. Get all the customers there wasting their days early so they don't have the workers possibly not working for a minute. Ruin the customers day to save $50 a week.

Total joke.

I had a great experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle from Merrick Jeep. My sales rep Germaine was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and attentive. Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership in the future as well as refer my friends and family.
