Add ReviewI'VE HAD ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES HERE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. YESTERDAY (11/26) , I SCHEDULED WITH EMILY TO VIEW A HONDA CR-V AND WAS CONFIRMED FOR THAT APPOINTMENT. NOW TODAY (11/27), I TEXTED EMILY TO ADVISE HER THAT I WOULD BE ARRIVING A LITTLE LATE BUT THAT I WAS STILL COMING. SHE CONFIRMED THAT WAS FINE. ONCE I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND CHECKED IN, I WAS GREATED BY A SALESMAN WHO LET ME KNOW HE WAS GOING TO GRAB THE KEYS....LONG STORY SHORT, I WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE SOMEONE PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT 30 MINUTES AGO. I LATER, SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER JARED AND HE STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR AND THAT A DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR WAS SENT YESTERDAY (SOMEBODY LIED, IT'S EITHER 30 MINUTES OR YESTERDAY). I HAD MY $10,000 DOWNPAYMENT FOR THE CAR AND PLANNED ON BUYING IT. MY PARENTS DROVE FROM SHELBYVILLE TO MURFREESBORO TO PRICK ME UP SO THAT WE CAN DRIVE OUT TO FRANKLIN TO GET THE CAR. MY FATHER WAS EVEN SICK. I EVEN SPOKE WITH EMILY TO LET HER KNOW I WAS ON MY WAY. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS WAS UNAVAILABLE!?! MY SICK FATHER COULD HAVE STAYED HOME AND I COULD HAVE WENT TO WORK. I MISSED WORK AND MONEY FOR THIS CRAP. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION HERE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THIS TO BE A "MERCEDES BENZ" DEALERSHIP. THE LACK OF COMPASSION AND URGENCY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. SINCE THIS WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART, MORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BECAUSE AN "I'M SORRY" JUST ISN'T ENOUGH!Report
The customer service rep, Jacob, was unfriendly and even stared me down at the end of the meeting after I asked him if there was anything he could do to help me out. I had asked for a loaner. He explained that they were 3 weeks out on loaners and didn't even offer to get me a shuttle - I had to ask for one. It was a bizarre interaction, so maybe he was having an off day, but it made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't want to deal with him when I came back to retrieve my vehicle. It ended up being an issue from the previous work they did on my car, but they still charged me almost $300 just to look at it and pop a hose back on. Total rip-off. Go somewhere else first and save some time and money.Report

I recently had a scheduled service (oil change) visit that I was not real happy with the amount of time it took, asking the service advisor to take a look at few additional concerns at that time, that didn't get addressed understanding that I didn't have a appointment for these item's but was hoping that maybe they would get looked at and or fixed and did not.Report
Knowing this Jake (service advisor) and Ashley (service manager) contacted me the next morning and told me that they would be coming to my work picking up my car and leaving me with a loaner...WOW this is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The loaner car that they provided me while they looked into the items and fixed was so impressive that when coming back to return the loaner (my choice to deliver) and pickup my car I traded in my car and purchased the same make and similar model as the loaner, LOVE MY NEW CAR!
Sales staff (Brad) and finance department was so helpful and made the buying process really easy. This was the best service and purchase experience ever! You guys are all Rock Stars!!!
Scott was heaven sent. Very, very polite. Never once did he try to sell us anything but spent all his time showing us why we should consider and purchased a new 2025GLE 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. He explained why he works at this dealership and why this dealership has the best service department, possibly on the eastern seaboard . He was a blessing, took his time and was very knowledgeable about the product. We were referred to Scott from another friend of ours down here in Parsons, Tennessee, who had purchased a vehicle from Scott and Scott was everything and more of what our friend said about him. You can see that he really enjoyed where he worked and that he enjoyed working with the people around him. He also got our niece a Mercedes-Benz teddy bear. Recent service visit was nothing short of amazing. As always my service advisor Ryan Russell guided me through every step detailing my repair and was very patient while doing so! His due diligence in communication while calling my warranty provider was outstanding. He always goes the extra mile to provide the best service. I know my vehicle is in good hands with him!Report
We drove 3 1/2 hours To get to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville when we got there, we got Scott Amazing’ kind, patient courteous answered all our questions never once really try to sell us anything. Would highly would highly recommend a dealership, but if you really want the best experience of that dealership could possibly offer you just tell him to go find ScottReport
Jim was great and very patient with us as we had our 2 year old with us. No pressure and very kind and professional. Derrick in finance is unofficially now adopted into our family. He was fantastic. The entire experience, although a little longer than normal, was enjoyable.Report
