Everyone I come in contact with at Mercedes Benz of Massapequa from my service advisor Victoria to Doreen who sets up the appointment right down to the drivers that take my car and deliver me a loaner Nick & John they are ALL AMAZING!!!! I do not live close to this dealership and I choose to deal with them because they always go above & beyond!!!! ?????? them!!!!! They make servicing my Mercedes stress free and pleasant!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Noah was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Open and honest and not pushy. He was able to locate a car for me quickly considering how difficult it is to get a car these days. Great communication skills. Pick up day was just as smooth and they spent over an hour going through how to use everything in the car including setting the app up on my phone. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience and I love the car.
