Had to replace my evaporator for my GLS 450 and Craig took care of me. Got my car back yesterday the air is blowing great. So happy to have cold air back. Great job to Craig and his team!

Leased an EQE and had an issue. Drove directly to Mercedes Honolulu and Adrian met us. He secured us a loaner on the spot and we left in no time at all. We were pleased with the speedy service and I love my car!

Only great part about this experience (which took months, multiple phone calls/emails) to complete was Devin Kusaka and George Benavente. The GM, Dennis, didn’t seem sincere at all. It appeared he was more concerned about the disconnect between their call center and scheduling departments. Devin and George would be the only reason why I would ever come back.

Organized and efficient...Kamu was very accommodating. A totally painless service experience...

Very long wait
