Purchased a GLE450 on 3/9. Before moving forward with the purchase I pointed out the chip in the windshield. It was a Sunday and the repair shop was closed so they were going to coordinate a repair for me. Weeks later the repairman finally came out and said unfortunately it couldn't be repaired as they had already attempted to do that twice and actually made it worse. I got back in touch with the dealership and their response was "The managers said since it has been repaired, it will not spread" which contradicts what the repairman said. And I wouldn't have moved forward with purchasing a car with a crack in the windshield. They are deflecting and avoiding me. Terrible customer service for a Mercedes. Do not buy from here, my rep was John.Report

Very informative from the video. CPO warranty covered repairs, only 4 other items needing attention. Overall happy with the service so far.Report
After getting a 50k mile service for $1,100 a week later my vehicle starts having an issue. I call and leave messages with multiple service advisors and then the service manager. It takes 3 days of calling before I finally tell the receptionist that I’m driving there right now and somebody will have to talk to me. 5 minutes later I get a call back. Go figure. They go on to tell me it’s a non related issue to what I just paid $1100 for and charge me another $800 after 2 days of it sitting in the shop.Report
